Shipping Policy

All Tiny Frames orders are dispatched from South Australia.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Each item is packaged in a protective sleeve and shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer designed to prevent damage during transit.

Express Shipping
$19.95 flat rate

Shipping is handled by Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for a flat rate of $30 AUD.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Regional & Remote Areas

For some regional or remote locations, shipping costs may exceed our standard rates. In these cases we reserve the right to contact customers to arrange an adjusted shipping fee before dispatch.

If the adjusted shipping cost is not accepted, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will assist customers in lodging an investigation with Australia Post, however delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Tiny Frames cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
